Having been in the therapeutic practice for more than 18 years, I have come to incorporate beneficial massage elements crucial to the process of healing and recovery. By focusing on your body, I make sure that you are energized after every massage session.

My skin care background started in my late teens and early 20's.  My grandmother and mother were very adamant that I take good care of my skin.  In my teens I had my fair share of acne and problems with my complexion.  In my early adult years I started to go for regular facial services to keep my skin as clean and clear as possible.  I continued regular skin care services the past 40 years.  In 2019 I wanted to grow my menu of services in addition to massage and realized how much I already enjoy skin care and now have the ability to help others with problematic skin, complexion, anti aging and trauma healing.  I went on to further my education to get my license and become an esthetician.  While studying esthetics I also became certified in waxing.  That is such a satisfying part of my certifications.  I really enjoy waxing and helping others feel great about their choices of care.  It is such a blessing to have the skills needed to help in many areas for depression, anxiety, trauma healing, energy movement, and over all self care.
